Maroc Assistance Internationale (MAI), leading the assistance sector in Morocco, was created in 1976; in 1988, it became one of the main strategic subsidiaries of the BANQUE POPULAIRE Group, the 1st public financial institution in the Kingdom of Morocco.
Based on quality service and efficiency, MAI has an experience of more than 30 years in the field of human, medical and technical assistance services provided to the 2 million Insured persons, who trust us in their everyday life or their travels worldwide.
Maroc Assistance Internationale always endeavors to upgrade its products in order to meet the evolutions of its various partners’ service offered to their respective customers, by providing up-to-date services, taking into account the changes relating to the way of life of our fellow citizens.
Our subsidiaries
Maroc Assistance Internationale has two subsidiaries, through which it provides to its insured persons a more powerful assistance both in Morocco and overseas:
• MULTI-ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONALE - Paris :
Paris-based assistance platform: This subsidiary is the connection ring of a network of famous service providers (Europ Assistance Espana, Coris, Pompes Funèbres Générales, PC Cop, Touring Club...), specialized in assistance throughout the World.
• MAI TOURISME :
Set up in 1994 so as to handle the high volume of assistance requests for covering transportation tickets, MAI TOURISME provides 24h/7d assistance services to the Insured persons.
Our missions
MAI’s mission is to support its customers in various situations, by intervening wherever and whenever in order to provide assistance to people in a difficult situation, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
To provide daily assistance to our Insured persons is not only to help them in case of difficulty, but also to care for them in these moments of hardship.
Our priority is to understand the problem of our Insured person, regardless of its importance and nature; so we have to listen and also to manage the distress of anyone who is in a difficult situation.
