MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

• Coverage of medical and hospitalization costs in the countries of SCHENGEN area up to 350 000 MAD (30 000 Euros);
• Medical transport and repatriation abroad;
• Return of the insured after hospitalization abroad ;
• Stay extension costs after hospitalization abroad;
• Coverage of travel and stay costs of a family member or a designated person, if the hospitalization period of the insured exceeds 7 days.
  

ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF DEATH :

• Repatriation and/or transport of the body from the place of death abroad to the place of burial in Morocco;
• Dealing with the administrative procedures related to the death of the insured;
• Transportation ticket in case of death of a close relative in Morocco;
• Transportation ticket for a close relative in order to accompany the body.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:

• Towing abroad of the insured vehicle to the place of repair;
• Supply of a driver abroad in case of physical disability or death of the insured driver;
• Repatriation of the stationary vehicle abroad;
• Support of warehousing expenses while waiting for vehicle repair (if the detention exceeds 2 days and even while waiting for the technical contact);
• Assistance in case of theft of the insured vehicle.
