Main Services

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE :

• Coverage of medical and hospitalization costs abroad up to 350 000 MAD (30 000 Euros);
• Advance of hospital admission bail in Morocco;
• Medical transport and repatriation in Morocco and abroad;
• Return of the beneficiary after hospitalization in Morocco and abroad;
• Stay extension costs after hospitalization abroad;
• Coverage of travel and stay costs of a close relative if the hospitalization period of the beneficiary exceeds 5 days;
• Medical assistance by phone, 24h/7d.
  

ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF DEATH :

• Repatriation and/or transport of the body from the place of death abroad to the place of burial in Morocco;
• Dealing with the administrative procedures related to the death of the beneficiary;
• Transportation ticket for a family member in order to accompany the body in case of death abroad;
• Transportation ticket in case of death of a close relative in Morocco;
• Funeral expense of 10.000 MAD in case of death of the insured.
  

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE :

• Towing of the insured vehicle to the place of repair in Morocco and abroad;
• Advance for repair of the vehicle abroad;
• Supply of a driver in case of physical disability/death of the insured driver in Morocco and abroad;
• Repatriation of the stationary vehicle abroad;
• Coverage of warehousing expenses while waiting for vehicle repair (if the detention exceeds 24 hours and even while waiting for the technical contact);
• Assistance in case of theft of the insured vehicle.
  

LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR VEHICLES ABROAD :

• Advance of penal bail up to 50 000 MAD;
• Payment of counsel fees up to 20 000 MAD.
