Main Services

ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF DEATH :

• Repatriation or transport of the body of the beneficiary deceased in Morocco or abroad, from the place of death until the place of burial, while dealing with the administrative procedures;
• Transportation tickets for two members of the family accompanying the body;
• Transportation ticket for the insured or his/her spouse to attend the funerals of a close relative deceased in Morocco;
• Transportation ticket to the account holder and his/her spouse in case of death in Morocco of a beneficiary living abroad;
• Payment of a funeral expense of 15000MADs in case of death of the insured and/or his/her spouse.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF ILLNESS, INJURY OR ACCIDENT :

• Medical transport and repatriation of the beneficiary in Morocco and abroad;
• Coverage of travel costs of a family member in case of hospitalization of the insured or his/her spouse for a continuous period of more than 10 days;
• Coverage of medical and hospitalization expenses with a ceiling amount of 45000MADs, in case of injury or illness during the beneficiary’s trip out of the home country;
• Coverage of return expenses of the beneficiary after hospitalization in Morocco and abroad.

INSURED VEHICLE USAGE ASSISTANCE:

• Supply of a driver in Morocco and abroad in case the insured driver is unable to drive further to illness, injury or death;
• Transport and repatriation of beneficiaries in case the vehicle is immobilized for more than 5 days or was not found within 48 hours in case of theft;
• Coverage of expenses of accommodation out of the home country while waiting for the vehicle to be repaired if it is immobilized between 2 and 5 days, with a ceiling amount 2500 MAD.

INSURED VEHICLE ASSISTANCE :

Technical assistance in case of vehicle breakdown, accident or theft with a kilometric excess of 50km (theft out of home country):

• Vehicle towing in Morocco and abroad with a ceiling amount of 1500 MAD;
• Repatriation of the stationary vehicle in Morocco and abroad if the repair period exceeds 5 days;
• Vehicle recovery in Morocco and abroad if the vehicle was repaired on place or found within 6 months maximum in case of theft.

LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR VEHICLES ABROAD :

• Advance of penal bail up to 60000 MADs ;
• Payment of counsel fees up to 20000MADs.
