The various products designed by MAI guarantee a comprehensive range of assistance services, which are offered, according to the contract signed, to the insured and his/her family members and vehicle :
- Assistance for persons in case of accident or illness;
- Assistance for persons and vehicle in case of vehicle accident, failure or theft;

What are the documents required in order that your medical expenses will be refunded ?
You can find a list of supporting documents on line relating to the various refund cases in the section “REFUND CLAIMS”.
It should be also noted that the MAI agreement is mandatory before any voluntary expenditure incurrence carried out by the Insured.
Is it possible to organize myself certain services guaranteed in my assistance contract, and to be refunded by MAI?
In emergency cases, and subject to prior agreement by MAI, this is possible.
How can I proceed to obtain this agreement?
With a simple telephone call. In any case, the calls are recorded, and a file is systematically created by our officers in charge of assistance for any request for claim coverage.
Can I claim your assistance contract, knowing that I have a prior contract signed with another institution?
In this case, the assistance contract signed with MAI applies on a supplementary basis, and after drain of all the sums guaranteed by the prior contract.
Are they MAI assistance contracts more expensive than those of competitors?
MAI products are the cheapest on the market. Moreover, all our assistance products are distinguished by an excellent quality-price ratio.
